Shipping & Returns

At MIORAÉ we do our best to ship your order as carefully and quickly as possible.

Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with any tracking information.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Want to return a product? First, send an email to info@miorae.nl and always include your order number .
We will then contact you and inform you about the next steps.

The costs for returning an order are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days, via the original payment method.
